Refund Policy

We insure the quality of our products with minimum errors in print or product quality. Our team strives to ensure that every item you receive is free from defects and meets our high standards of craftsmanship.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Print Quality Errors: If your item arrives with a print quality error (such as misprints, blurred prints, or incorrect graphic placement), you are eligible for a refund.

  2. Product Quality Issues: If the product itself (excluding print elements) has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, you are eligible for a refund.

Conditions for Returns

  • You have 2 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received the item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
